I recently tried Ace Virtual Desktop and it's been great! The setup process was easy and now I can access my work files and apps from anywhere. It's been super convenient for working remotely. <br>Plus, it's really fast - way better than other services I've used before. I definitely recommend giving it a try!

We were looking for a remote working solution because of the COVID-19 pandemic. I did not have a huge budget for it but did not want to compromise on the quality at the same time. We are using Ace Cloud Hosting to host our QuickBooks accounts. We needed a place to move our QuickBooks server after our old server was retired. We needed a place where we could have two different versions of QuickBooks on the same server and an easy way to update the files.
- They are quick to set up the server
- They asked all the right questions the first time.
- They are helpful on their documentation and allowing us to train on using the system.
- They sent detailed email on how to log in and use the system.
- I didn't have any bad experiences. They were extremely helpful
- Cloud hosting near our office.
- Easy setup and configuration

- Our QuickBooks server is now hosted outside the company so support will be easier to accomplish.
They were harder to get set up and much more expensive.

It is used for data hosting and access remotely. Certain software I can only use on a real network using Microsoft Network for Windows which we do not have. I also require a robust security system as we do business with DOD which mandates certain security features to be embedded in the hosting provider's protocol. I retained a consultant and he recommended Cloud after reviewing other alternatives available in the marketplace.

- accessibility is pretty good and there is hardly any latency
- Centralization of communication. My experience tells me that there are people initiating emails without the knowledge and the status of the progress with the installation

- Follow up is stellar
- Follow through is excellent
- Assistance and availability are excellent also
- Perhaps not using phone services that show Haiti as the home of the caller.
